Ganderbal April 08: In a heartfelt plea to the Lieutenant Governor (LG) administration, Mohammad Amin Shah, the BJP District President of Ganderbal in Jammu and Kashmir, has called for the immediate release of pending salaries for daily wagers, contractual employees, and casual laborers across the region. With Eid-ul-Fitr fast approaching, Shah emphasized the urgency of ensuring these workers receive their dues so they can celebrate the joyous occasion with their families. Highlighting the plight of these workers, Shah noted that many of them rely solely on their wages to meet their basic daily needs. The delay in receiving their salaries not only adds to their financial strain but also deprives them of the opportunity to partake in festivities during Eid-ul-Fitr, one of the most significant religious celebrations for the Muslim community.

Shah’s appeal is particularly directed towards all departments under the jurisdiction of District Ganderbal. He urged the authorities to expedite the process of releasing the pending salaries, understanding the importance of timely payments, especially during festive occasions. By addressing the financial concerns of these workers, Shah aims to ensure that they can celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr with dignity and joy, alongside their loved ones. The BJP District President’s call underscores the need for compassionate and proactive measures from the administration to alleviate the hardships faced by vulnerable segments of society. As the spirit of Eid-ul-Fitr embodies compassion, generosity, and solidarity, Shah’s appeal resonates with the essence of the occasion, emphasizing the importance of caring for those in need and ensuring that no one is left behind.
