Srinagar, Aug 26 (JKNS): A 29-year-old woman died after slipping from a hillside while cutting grass in the Chassana area of Reasi district on Wednesday, officials said.
Officials told news agency JKNS, that the deceased was identified as Sajo Begum, a resident of Manjikote Morha Balsaran in Mahore tehsil.
Sajo was cutting grass on a hillside when she slipped and fell nearly 200–300 metres, sustaining fatal injuries. She died on the spot.
Police have initiated necessary proceedings, and further details are awaited. (JKNS)
