Such statements are unacceptable and have no place in the country. BJP believes in Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas.

Individuals who make provocative and derogatory remarks against religious figures only seek to create discord, disturb communal harmony, and undermine the peace of the nation. Freedom of expression cannot be used as a shield to insult religious beliefs and hurt the sentiments of millions of people.

We also wish to categorically clarify that, contrary to certain media reports and misinformation being circulated, Nazia Elahi Khan has no association whatsoever with the BJP or the BJP Minority Morcha. This position has already been clearly stated by the BJP National Minority Morcha President, Jamal Siddiqui, in a video statement.

We will register a formal complaint with the competent authorities in Srinagar and will vigorously pursue strict legal action against her. We demand that the authorities take immediate and appropriate action in accordance with the law so that such irresponsible and divisive conduct is not repeated. (JKNS)
