GOC White Knight Corps Reviews Counter-Terrorism Grid in Kishtwar

Srinagar, Feb 16 (JKNS): The General Officer Commanding (GOC) of White Knight Corps of Indian Army visited the general area of Kishtwar in Jammu and Kashmir to review the Counter-Terrorism Grid and assess the operational preparedness of the deployed units.

In a post on X, the Indian Army’s White Knight Corps, as per news agency JKNS, said that the GOC, accompanied by GOC CIF (Delta), evaluated the prevailing security situation and reviewed measures aimed at further strengthening the security framework and enhancing inter-agency coordination.

During the visit, senior officers briefed the GOC on ground-level deployments and ongoing efforts to maintain vigilance in the region.

CIF (Delta) reiterated its commitment to maintaining high alertness in the hinterland, stating that troops remain prepared and ahead of potential threats at all times.

“We Serve, We Protect,” the post read, underlining the Army’s resolve to ensure peace and security in the region. (JKNS)
