J&K Government Forms Sub-Committee to Address Reservation Grievances

Srinagar: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has issued an official order to form a sub-committee to address concerns related to reservation rules for various posts.

This comes in response to grievances raised by aspirants regarding the implementation of these rules.

The decision follows the Council of Ministers’ meeting on November 22 and is sanctioned under a government order, a copy of which lies with the news agency JKNS, reads the sub-committee will consist of Ms. Sakina Masood, Hon’ble Minister; Mr. Javed Ahmed Rana, Hon’ble Minister; and Mr. Satish Sharma, Hon’ble Minister.

It also reads that the Social Welfare Department will service the committee, and its findings will be submitted to the Council of Ministers for review.—(JKNS)
