KUPWARA, SEPTEMBER 13: General Observer for Assembly Constituency 1-Karnah, Parkash Bindu today visited Karnah constituency and reviewed the preparations made for upcoming assembly elections in the border Assembly Constituency.
General Observer was accompanied by RO Karnah, M Zaffar Lone and ARO, M Amin Bhat.
During the visit, the General Observer reviewed the performance of the Election Control Room and took first hand appraisal of Encore, C-vigil and other facilities. He also visited the Media centre/MCMC established in Mini Secretariat Tangdar and reviewed its functioning.
