Ramban Admin approves Rs 35 Lakh relief under SDRF in favour of 25 victims

After threadbare discussion and thorough verification of all relief claims, Additional District Development Commissioner, (ADDC), Rajinder Sharma approved the release of Rs. 35 lakh in favour of 25 victims of fire incidents and house damage in the district.

During the committee meeting, the ADDC also   approved Rs 10 lakh for release to JPDCL Ramban under SDRF for temporary restoration of power infrastructure affected due to rains and snowfall across the district.

Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Giasul Haq; Executive Engineer PWD, Abhishek Gupta; Executive Engineer JPDCL, Nisar Ahmed; Tehsildar Deepak Kumar and several other concerned officers were present in the meeting.

The ADDC asked the officers to process all genuine cases timely, if any such incident occurs in their jurisdiction.
