As part of the commemoration of India’s 75 years of Independence, a weapon and equipment display program was organized for the children of Govt Upper Primary School, Kamkari near the Line of Control in Machhal Sector, Kupwara.
A total of three teachers and 54 students participated in the event. The little school children of this remote border area were enthralled to see these modern equipments and devices. During the event the children were educated about the importance and use of these equipments. School children listened with rapt attention and smiling faces.
The cheers and smiles on the faces of the children motivates the Indian Army to continuously come up with such innovative projects for the benefit of the children who are the future of the nation.
