JAMMU, MARCH 13: Iconic Week – International Women’s Day organised by SBI RSETI from 7th to 13th March 2022 concluded today here under the Chairmanship of DDM NABARD Sanjeev Sharma and Lead District Manager Jammu Ramesh Kumar Raina.
The event was organised on the direction of the Ministry of Rural Development (MoRD) and National Centre for Excellence of RSETIs (NACER).
During the program, the SBI RSETI also distributed certificates among RSETI trained candidates and Prospective Women Entrepreneurs.
The Convener/Director SBI RSETI Jammu Aklesh Raina welcomed the dignitaries and qualified candidates at RSETI premises and appraised them about the functioning of the Institution.
He also informed the participants that RSETI has been imparting training since 2010 and has trained 3538 Candidates out of which 1879 are women-accounting to 53%.
The Director also congratulated the candidates on their successful completion of the training and wished them good luck for their future endeavor of becoming an entrepreneur. The Director also requested them to be in touch with RSETI Jammu for any future help in establishment of their ventures.
Speaking on the occasion, the DDM NABARD congratulated the women participants and all other women across the globe on the occasion of International Women’s Day and appraised the participants about the importance of Women in the society and how they can impact the society by their active involvement in all spheres of life especially in entrepreneurship.
