Much needed step for the infrastructure of District Ganderbal
Ganderbal, 21, Feb; social activist and District Secretary Apni Party Ganderbal Mohammad Amin Shah welcomed the recent meeting held by DC Ganderbal Krittika Jyotsna regarding the functioning of revenue department Ganderbal. Shah said that hundreds of kanals of Govt and grazing land has been encroached by land mafias active in different parts of district Ganderbal. Residential buildings and commercial complexes has been constructed on government land and intervention of administration is required to stop this ongoing land encroachment.
Shah further said that administration should pay attention towards infrastructure as all the government departments in district Ganderbal are in private rented houses. Health centres, Animal husbandries, education department, etc are in private rented houses. And Ganderbal is the only district without housing colony for government officials and political leaders.
Shah further added that wrongly mutated Land Records of Sehpora Ganderbal are yet to get corrected for digitalisation.
