90 years old, Jim Arrington, who was given the title of the Oldest Male Bodybuilder by the Guinness Book of World Records in 2018, posed nude for Men’s Health magazine to prove that everybody – no matter the age – is perfect. Arrington wanted to educate other senior citizens about the importance of nurturing the relationship with their bodies.
