ADDC Pulwama reviews progress of development works in the district

PULWAMA, SEPTEMBER 24: The Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Pulwama, Dr Sheikh Abdul Aziz today chaired a meeting to review progress of development works taken under CAPEX Budget (2022-23).

During the meeting, the ADDC took a comprehensive review of the progress on various developmental projects undertaken in various departments and other sectors besides works planned under DDCs, BDCs and PRIs grants.

At the outset, ADDC sought work-wise details of executed projects and other major outcomes and achievements under District Capex Budget 2022-23.

The ADDC directed the officers to expedite the execution of development works to achieve targets and ensure regular monitoring of ongoing works. He also stressed for regular field visits to ensure works are executed on time and under set quality parameters.

While reviewing the issues hampering the pace of progress, Dr Aziz exhorted upon the concerned Departments to remove bottlenecks to ensure the completion of works within the set timelines.

The meeting was attended by CPO, SE R&B, ACP, Executive Engineers of PHE, R&B and PDD and other District Officers.
