Jammu, Mar 8 (JKNS): Kirti Kapil has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the 17 candidates from the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh who successfully cleared the prestigious Indian Administrative Service (UPSC) examination.

This achievement as a moment of immense pride for the region and a powerful inspiration for the youth. He stated our region has immense talent, determination, and intellectual potential present among the students of the region.

This proves our region students have capability to clear UPSC exam and become the bright future of our nation. I wish more students of our region should qualify UPSC EXAM next year. And serve Nation at highest level.
