Jammu, Mar 8 (JKNS): Kirti Kapil has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the 17 candidates from the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh who successfully cleared the prestigious Indian Administrative Service (UPSC) examination.

This achievement as a moment of immense pride for the region and a powerful inspiration for the youth. He stated our region has immense talent, determination, and intellectual potential present among the students of the region.
