Srinagar, Aug 15 (JKNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Government has given Shri M. Raju, IAS (AGMUT: 2005), Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, the additional charge of Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, as per govt order. He is also holding the charge of Administrative Secretary, Information Department, order as per JKNS reads.
