Srinagar, Aug 15 (JKNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Government has given Shri M. Raju, IAS (AGMUT: 2005), Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, the additional charge of Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, as per govt order.
