Srinagar, Aug 29 (JKNS): Alkhuddam Hajj & Umrah Services has the honour of serving the people of India for many years, with our deep focus and special commitment to Jammu & Kashmir. We remain steadfast in our responsibility to guide and care for our pilgrims with humility, dedication, and complete devotion to the mission entrusted to us.
We have successfully operated for more than 25 Hajj years, consistently delivering care, reliability, and a service-first approach—year after year—guided by integrity and compassion.
From 2019 to 2022, Alkhuddam was recognized as a Star-1 company. However, with the introduction of the new Hajj policy in 2024 by the Ministry of Hajj, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the framework was reorganized through clusters, where the Cluster Head became the highest position in the industry structure. During the period of 2023, 2024, and 2025, Alkhuddam was unable to secure eligibility under the new cluster-based arrangements, and therefore could not pursue that top position in those years.
Alhamdulillah, in 2026 we have secured our place in the eligible list as Category 1. This recognition strengthens our resolve and renews our duty to serve with even greater excellence.
Looking ahead, we reaffirm our commitment to bring the top position (CHGO) to Jammu & Kashmir, and we have already begun working earnestly toward this goal from this moment onwards. Our vision is not only to participate, but to lead—through transparency, disciplined operations, and the highest standards of pilgrim care.
After enduring a difficult period of four years, Alkhuddam is revalidating its founding commitment—to serve Hajjis far better and with greater sincerity than ever before. This year, we are determined to serve all segments of society, including economy and value-focused packages. Our Premium Economy package may be approximately INR 7.50 lakh (Insha’Allah), and our guiding principle will remain the same: maximum value for every hard-earned rupee, with no regret—only the fulfilment of a meaningful, memorable journey, God willing.
We also proudly reaffirm our flagship offering, Alkhuddam Premium Platinum, which has been a trusted benchmark since its inception in 2001. This year, we will elevate every aspect of the experience through enhanced personalization and services aligned with international standards ensuring that every pilgrim feels respected, guided, and genuinely cared for.
Finally, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our patrons and well-wishers those who stood by Alkhuddam with faith and courage during challenging times. Your trust has been our strength, and we do not take it for granted.
To honour those loyal patrons, Alkhuddam has decided to take 8 persons for Umrah without any charges. These eight lucky persons will be selected through a Draw of Lots.
