Budgam, August 26: Darul Uloom Minhaj-ul-Auliya, Wacho Khansahib, Budgam, organised a spiritual and dignified programme on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ under the supervision of its Chairman, Maulana Muhammad Sabil Qadri, with the cooperation of other members and organisers of the institution. A large number of local people participated in the programme.
On the occasion, a peaceful Milad rally was also taken out from Wacho to Arizal and Khansahib. People from different areas participated in the rally and expressed their deep love and devotion towards the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa ﷺ. Participants recited Durood-o-Salam and Naat-e-Rasool-e-Maqbool ﷺ, while remembering the Seerat-e-Tayyaba and expressing their resolve to spread the teachings of the Prophet ﷺ.
During the rally, participants conveyed a message of peace, brotherhood, love, unity and communal harmony. Speakers said that the blessed life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ is the best example for all humanity and that following his teachings can help promote peace, harmony and brotherhood in society.
Addressing the gathering, Chairman of Darul Uloom Minhaj-ul-Auliya, Maulana Muhammad Sabil Qadri, said that the Seerat-e-Tayyaba of the Prophet of Islam, Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ, presents a comprehensive message of humanity, compassion, peace, love and brotherhood. He said that people should incorporate the teachings of the Holy Prophet ﷺ into their daily lives and show compassion and kindness towards the weaker and needy sections of society.
Maulana Muhammad Sabil Qadri urged people to draw guidance from the blessed life of the Prophet ﷺ and work towards promoting peace, unity and mutual tolerance in society. He also appealed to the youth to participate in positive activities and make Islamic teachings and moral values an integral part of their lives.
He expressed gratitude to the Jammu and Kashmir Police and the District Administration Budgam for extending cooperation and ensuring necessary arrangements for the peaceful conduct of the Eid Milad-un-Nabi ﷺ programme and rally.
