Srinagar, July 30 (JKNS): In a concerted effort to spread awareness against drug abuse and promote a healthy lifestyle among the youth, the 132 Battalion CRPF, in collaboration with the Secure Path Civil Society Organization, on Thursday organised an awareness programme under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan at Government High School, Rawalpora, Srinagar.
132 Bn CRPF Sanatnagar, Srinagar, under the aegis of Srinagar Sector, conducted Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (Anti-Drug Campaign) in collaboration with Secure Path Civil Society Organization at Government High School, Rawalpora, Srinagar on 30.07.2026.
The awareness campaign was formally inaugurated at Government High School, Rawalpora by Shri W. R. Josuah, Commandant, 132 Bn CRPF, in the presence of officers and personnel of 132 Bn CRPF, the Principal, teachers, school staff, students, parents, and police personnel from Police Station Saddar.
An awareness rally was also organised to spread the message against drug abuse and encourage a healthy, drug-free society. A tree plantation drive was conducted during which saplings of different tree species were planted on the school campus.
Mrs. Mymoona Farooq, Principal, Government High School, Rawalpora, expressed gratitude to 132 Bn CRPF for organising the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (Anti-Drug Campaign) at the school. (JKNS)
