The camp witnessed an overwhelming response from the local population, with 873 beneficiaries availing free medical consultations, health screenings, and essential medicines. A team of qualified doctors and healthcare professionals examined patients, provided treatment for various ailments, and raised awareness about preventive healthcare and hygiene.

The initiative aimed to deliver quality healthcare services at the doorstep of residents living in far-flung areas, where access to specialised medical facilities remains limited.

Local residents appreciated the efforts of the Indian Army and the Health Department for organising the camp, stating that the initiative provided timely medical assistance and much-needed healthcare services to the community. They expressed gratitude for the humanitarian outreach and hoped that such medical camps would continue to benefit people in remote villages.

The joint initiative reflects the commitment of the Indian Army and the civil administration towards enhancing public welfare and ensuring better healthcare accessibility for the people of the region.(JKNS)
