Centre Transfers 40 IPS, 21 IAS Officers; Shahid Iqbal IAS, Tanushree IPS Moved Out Of J&K

Srinagar, July 9 (JKNS): The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Thursday ordered a major reshuffle in the AGMUT cadre, transferring and posting 21 IAS officers and 40 IPS officers across various Union Territories and States, including Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi, Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Mizoram, Ladakh, Chandigarh, Lakshadweep, Puducherry, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu (DNH&DD).

According to the order issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, a copy of which lies with news agency JKNS, the transfers have been made with immediate effect and will remain in force until further orders.

Among IAS officers, Shahid Iqbal Choudhary (2009) has been transferred from Jammu & Kashmir to Arunachal Pradesh, while Saugat Biswas (2006) has been posted from Arunachal Pradesh to Jammu & Kashmir.

The order also transfers Vivek Pandey (2003) from Arunachal Pradesh to Delhi, Garima Gupta (2004) from Mizoram to Delhi, Sanjay Goel (2004) from Goa to Arunachal Pradesh, Pawan Kumar Sain (2005) and Amjad Tak (2005) from Arunachal Pradesh to Delhi, Ajay Kumar Gupta (2010) from DNH&DD to Delhi, Arava Gopi Krishna (2012) from DNH&DD to Ladakh, L Kumar (2012) from Andaman & Nicobar to Puducherry, Kesavan R (2013) from Puducherry to Lakshadweep, Awanish Kumar (2014) from Ladakh to Delhi, Bhupesh Chaudhary (2014) from Lakshadweep to DNH&DD, Shashanka Ala (2014) from Delhi to Arunachal Pradesh, Rishita Gupta (2019) from Delhi to Puducherry, Shweta Nagarkoti (2020) from Lakshadweep to Jammu & Kashmir, R Giri Sankar (2020) from Delhi to Lakshadweep, Mamta Yadav (2021) from Puducherry to Jammu & Kashmir, W Punshiba Singh (2022) from DNH&DD to Delhi, Ishita Rathi (2022) from Arunachal Pradesh to Goa and Swati Sheemar (2023) from Jammu & Kashmir to Delhi.

In the IPS cadre, Rajesh Kumar Sharma (2014) has been shifted from Jammu & Kashmir to Chandigarh, while Arshi Aadil (2019), Rajeev Kumar Ambasta, Deepak Yadav, Anand Kumar Mishra, and Satish Kumar have been transferred from Delhi to Jammu & Kashmir.

The reshuffle also moves Gaurav Tyagi (2019) and Tikam Singh Verma (2020) from Jammu & Kashmir to Delhi, while Utkarsha (2021) has been posted from Lakshadweep to Jammu & Kashmir.

Other IPS transfers include Vivek Kishore (1999) from Arunachal Pradesh to Delhi, Sindhu Pillai A (2001) from Andaman & Nicobar to Delhi, Nabam Gungte (2003) from Delhi to Arunachal Pradesh, Chinmoy Biswal (2008) from Arunachal Pradesh to Delhi, Ajay Krishan Sharma (2008) from Goa to Delhi, A Koan (2009) from Andaman & Nicobar to Delhi, Varsha Sharma (2010) from Goa to Delhi, Pratiksha Godara (2011) from Delhi to Andaman & Nicobar, Jitendra Kumar Meena (2012) from Andaman & Nicobar to Delhi, Anil Kumar Lal (2013) from Puducherry to Delhi, Manjeet (2015) from Chandigarh to Delhi, Geetanjali Khandelwal (2015) from Delhi to Goa, Satyawan Gautam (2016) from Arunachal Pradesh to Delhi, Tanushree (2017) from Delhi to Mizoram, Pukhraj Kamal (2018) from Jammu & Kashmir to Delhi, Lokeshwaran R (2018) from Delhi to Chandigarh, Deepika (2018) from Mizoram to Jammu & Kashmir, Vinit Kumar (2018) from Delhi to Goa, Gaurav Sikarwar (2019) from Chandigarh to Delhi, Vishnu Kumar (2019) from Jammu & Kashmir to Arunachal Pradesh, Angad Mehta (2020) from Goa to Delhi, Rishi Kumar (2021) from Delhi to Ladakh, KM Priyanka (2021) from Chandigarh to Arunachal Pradesh, Pawan Kumar from Delhi to Jammu & Kashmir, R Subash from Puducherry to Delhi, Sikandar Singh from Delhi to Puducherry, Dhirendra Pratap Singh from Delhi to Mizoram, Nishant Gupta from Delhi to Mizoram, Patel Aalap Manshukh from Delhi to Lakshadweep, Shweta Singh Chauhan from Delhi to Goa and Amit Kaushik from Delhi to Mizoram.

The order has been issued by Rakesh Kumar Singh, Under Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs. (JKNS)
