Budgam (JKNS): A plantation drive was conducted at the scenic tourist destination of Doodhpathri by the Forest Department as part of its ongoing efforts to promote environmental conservation and ecological sustainability.
The event was attended by Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Khansahib, Jahangir Ahmad Giri, and Munsiff Chadoora, Syed Touyeb Bukhari, among other officials and dignitaries.
The plantation drive also became a point of attraction for tourists who were enjoying the pleasant weather and cool breeze along the banks of the Shaliganga stream. Visitors appreciated the initiative aimed at preserving the natural beauty of the region and enhancing its green cover.
