In the advisory, as per news agency JKNS, the Embassy advised Indian citizens to strictly follow all safety guidelines and instructions issued by the Israeli authorities and the Home Front Command.

Indian nationals have been asked to remain in close proximity to designated shelters and familiarize themselves with the nearest protected spaces in their area of residence or work.

The Embassy also advised citizens to avoid all non-essential and unnecessary travel within Israel until further notice and to regularly monitor local news, official announcements and emergency alerts for updates.

The Indian mission said it remains in close contact with the relevant authorities and will continue to issue advisories as the situation evolves.

In case of emergencies, Indian nationals have been asked to contact the Embassy of India in Tel Aviv through its 24×7 helpline services. (JKNS)
