Baramulla, May 18 (JKNS): The Baramulla School Debate Competition 2026 was successfully conducted at Boys Higher Secondary School Baramulla in collaboration with the Indian Army and Civil Administration.

Organised under the themes #NashaMuktAbhiyan and #FlightOfYoungMind, the event focused on creating awareness among youth about the growing drug menace and the importance of a responsible and informed society.

A total of 24 students from various schools across Baramulla participated in the debate, presenting impactful arguments both for and against the motion. The top two speakers from each side were recognised for their outstanding performance, while all participants were awarded Certificates of Participation.

The programme highlighted the power of dialogue, awareness, and youth participation in building a drug-free and progressive society. (JKNS)
