The infrastructure, developed at an estimated cost of ₹15 crore, spans multiple departments and is expected to significantly benefit patients requiring critical care and complex procedures.

Officials said the new additions include advanced equipment in critical care, nephrology, neurosurgery, and emergency services, along with cutting-edge systems such as 3D 4K visualization technology, upgraded operation theatres, and modern diagnostic tools to enhance precision and efficiency in treatment.

They added that the institute has also strengthened hospital-wide services with improved IT infrastructure and essential medical equipment, marking a key step towards modernizing healthcare delivery and meeting the growing needs of patients across the region. (JKNS)
