Doda Police Launch Probe After Posters of Pakistan Army Chief Surface on Bridge; FIR Lodged

Doda, Apr 28 (JKNS): Doda Police have taken serious cognizance after posters of Pakistan Army Chief Asif Munir along with the Pakistani flag were found pasted on a bridge in the area, officials said on Tuesday.

Addressing a press conference, DySP Headquarters, Krishan Lal as per news agency JKNS, said that police responded immediately after the matter came to light after a video went viral and initiated necessary legal action.

He said that a case has been registered at Police Station Doda under relevant sections and investigation has been taken up to identify those responsible for putting up the posters.

It is the matter of investigation whether the video was real or AI generated, he said.

He added that efforts are underway to trace the individuals involved, and strict action will be taken as per law once they are identified. (JKNS)
