The event is open to all, as it is a society-driven campaign. Every individual and stakeholder from society is encouraged to attend and take part in the campaign,” the Deputy Commissioner Labroo said.

He said the padyatra is part of the ongoing Nasha Mukt Jammu Kashmir Abhiyan aimed at creating awareness against drug abuse and mobilising collective action across communities.

DC Labroo appealed to citizens, youth, civil society members and stakeholders to actively participate and strengthen the campaign against the drug menace, making it a people’s movement across the Union Territory. (JKNS)
