New Delhi, Mar 6 (JKNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday asserted that military confrontation cannot resolve disputes and emphasized the need for dialogue and diplomacy to end ongoing conflicts, particularly in West Asia and Ukraine.

Speaking after holding wide-ranging talks with Finnish President Alexander Stubb, as per news agency JKNS, PM Modi said India firmly believes that disputes should be resolved through peaceful means. “India and Finland both believe in the rule of law, dialogue and diplomacy. No issue can be resolved through military conflict alone,” he said.

During the talks, the two leaders also discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation, with both sides agreeing to elevate collaboration in digitalisation and sustainability as a strategic partnership.

PM Modi said cooperation ranging from artificial intelligence and 6G telecom to clean energy and quantum computing will further deepen ties between the two countries. (JKNS)
