New Delhi, Dec 14 (JKNS): The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has appointed Nitin Nabin, a Cabinet Minister in the Bihar Government, as the party’s National Working President, an official statement said on Sunday as per news agency JKNS.
The decision was taken by the BJP Parliamentary Board and has come into force with immediate effect, according to a communication issued by BJP National General Secretary Arun Singh.
Nitin Nabin, who currently holds a cabinet portfolio in Bihar, has earlier served the party in various organisational capacities and is considered a seasoned leader within the BJP’s organisational framework.
Party sources said the appointment is part of BJP’s ongoing efforts to further strengthen its organisational structure at the national level in view of upcoming political engagements. (JKNS)
