The foundation laid by my school has been the cornerstone of my personal and professional success.
My journey with Army Goodwill School Khanabal began in the year 2006, when I was admitted to class LKG. From the very beginning, I showed great enthusiasm for learning and soon emerged as a class topper. I was not only an academically bright student but also an active participant in various co-curricular activities. Whether it was debates, essay writing, drawing competitions, quizzes, or cultural events, I always gave my best and often secured the top positions. My passion for writing and public speaking helped me grow as a confident orator, writer, and poet, and these skills continue to serve me well in my professional life.
Army Goodwill School Khanabal gave me countless opportunities to nurture and polish my personality. The school provided a perfect blend of discipline, guidance, and encouragement, helping me realize my potential. I took full advantage of every opportunity that came my way—academic or extracurricular—and transformed myself into a confident, determined, and independent individual. The environment of motivation and support from my teachers played a crucial role in shaping who I am today.
In 2015, I topped my Class 10th Board examinations, which was one of the most memorable milestones in my academic journey. Recognizing my achievements, the school management granted me special admission to APS Beas for my Class 11th and 12th. My time at APS Beas further helped in molding my personality and strengthening my academic foundation. Those two years taught me valuable lessons about hard work, perseverance, and self-belief.
After completing my 12th Boards, I secured admission in SKUAST Srinagar, where I continued my pursuit of excellence. Later, I appeared for several competitive examinations, and through dedication and determination, I achieved success. I was selected to serve in the Jammu & Kashmir (UT) Wildlife Department, where I currently work as a Wildlife Officer.
As I look back on my journey, I firmly believe that none of this would have been possible without the guidance and nurturing I received at Army Goodwill School Khanabal. It was this institution that laid the foundation for my growth, instilled in me the confidence to dream big, and taught me the values of discipline, hard work, and perseverance.
