Srinagar Oct 31 (JKNS): The primary department of Green Valley Educational Institute (GVEI) Saturday concluded two-day Parents’ Day Celebration at the recently inaugurated Ahmad Hall.
As per the school handout, the event was a heartwarming display of joy, talent, and togetherness.
“The event received an overwhelming response from parents, who witnessed their children perform with confidence and pride,” the school handout reads.
The first day of the celebration featured performances by students of Level 1, who presented a touching tribute to their parents through cultural programs, speeches, songs, and dance performances.
“Their enthusiasm and innocence filled the atmosphere with warmth and affection, beautifully expressing their love and gratitude,” it reads.
The second day showcased performances by Level 2 students, including skits, songs, and musical renditions.
“Each presentation reflected the students’ appreciation and respect for their parents, making the event both meaningful and memorable,” the handout reads.
Chairman GVEI Muhammad Yousuf Wani in his address shared insightful thoughts on the importance of effective parenting. He emphasized the vital role parents play in shaping a child’s personality, values, and overall development. (JKNS)
