Srinagar, Oct 30 (JKNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on Thursday witnessed uproarious scenes after Speaker disallowed an adjournment motion moved by BJP legislators seeking a discussion on the rehabilitation and compensation of flood victims.

According to news agency JKNS, BJP members strongly objected to the Speaker’s decision, alleging that their resolution was being “deliberately disallowed.” The Speaker maintained that the motion would be taken up after the Question Hour, but the clarification failed to satisfy the protesting members.
