Srinagar, Oct 8 (JKNS): The Indian Army has expressed deep grief over the demise of Subedar Shailendra Singh Chauhan, who lost his life while on operational duty in Kashmir.
In a post on X, the Chinar Corps, as per news agency JKNS, wrote, “Chinar Corps regrets the unfortunate and untimely demise of Subedar Shailendra Singh Chauhan while on operational duty. His courage and dedication will forever inspire us.”
The post further added, “Chinar Warriors salute the valour and sacrifice of the Braveheart. We stand in solidarity with the bereaved family and are committed to their well-being.”
The Army has reaffirmed its support to the family of the fallen soldier, paying tribute to his service and dedication to the nation. (JKNS)
