New Delhi: National Security Adviser Ajit Doval and Special Advisor to the President of Brazil, Celso Luis Nunes Amorim, today reviewed ongoing progress in the Strategic Partnership between India and Brazil, including in diverse areas such as defence and security, energy, rare earths and critical minerals. During the 6th India-Brazil Strategic Dialogue in New Delhi, Ambassador Amorim also discussed cooperation in multilateral fora such as the BRICS, IBSA, and the forthcoming COP-30 to be hosted by Brazil in November.
External Affairs Ministry said in a statement that the dialogue was an opportunity to follow up on the issues identified under the five pillars of cooperation during the visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to Brazil in July this year.
