New Delhi – Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate as the Chief Guest in the centenary celebrations of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) in New Delhi tomorrow. The event marks 100 years since the organisation’s founding.
The centenary celebrations are scheduled to be held at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, where the Prime Minister will be the keynote speaker.
On this significant occasion, the Prime Minister will release a specially designed commemorative postage stamp and a coin to highlight the RSS’s contributions to the nation.
The celebrations are set to underscore the legacy of the RSS, focusing on its cultural contributions and its enduring role in promoting the country’s unity and all-round development.
The RSS was founded on Vijayadashami in 1925 in Nagpur, Maharashtra, and has since grown into a large volunteer-based movement dedicated to national reconstruction, social service, and character formation.
