Anantnag, Sep 30 (JKNS): A labourer from Chhattisgarh, drowned in a well to death while working at a brick kiln in the Bulbulnowgam area of Anantnag district on Tuesday.
An official told news agency JKNS that the deceased was identified as Ajay Kumar resident of Chhattisgarh.
The deceased was later recovered and brought to Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag for postmortem.
Authorities have taken cognizance of the incident, and further investigation initiated. (JKNS)
