Srinagar, Sept 8 (JKNS): The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Monday launched massive search operations at 22 locations spread across five states and the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir in connection with a terror conspiracy case, officials said.

They told news agency JKNS that multiple teams of the central agency are conducting coordinated raids at the identified premises linked to individuals suspected of involvement in the case.

The searches are being carried out with the assistance of local police and central armed forces.

The searches are being carried about by agency to unearth a wider conspiracy related to terror activities, they said, adding that further information will follow once the searches are completed. (JKNS)
