Chhatarpur, Delhi – September 2025: In a proud moment for esports enthusiasts in Jammu and Kashmir, Nonx.Kalyug, the gaming alias of Fauz i Azeem, has become the first Kashmiri impact player to qualify for the BGMI Masters Series (BGMS) finals. Representing NonX Esports, Nonx.Kalyug’s exceptional performances throughout the tournament have helped his team secure a place among the top contenders in this prestigious event.

The BGMS Season 4, organized by NODWIN Gaming and supported by Star Sports, is one of India’s largest esports tournaments with a prize pool of ₹1.43 crore. The event is being hosted at the Osho Drives venue in Chhatarpur, Delhi, with 48 teams from across India competing fiercely for glory.

Nonx.Kalyug has been associated with BGMI since 2018 and has steadily risen through the ranks. His skill, game sense, and clutch performances as an impact player have earned him recognition and respect. His contributions in critical moments have been vital in pushing NonX Esports toward the finals.

Currently, NonX Esports is ranked 4th in the tournament standings and will be competing for the grand finals title from September 12–14, 2025. Their consistent performance and strategic gameplay, with Nonx.Kalyug playing a crucial role, have positioned them as one of the most formidable teams in the competition.

In Week 3, Day 3, NonX Esports achieved a remarkable 34-point Chicken Dinner, one of the highest-scoring matches of the day, with Nonx.Kalyug playing a pivotal role in turning the tides at crucial points of the match.

This achievement is especially significant as it marks the first representation from Kashmir at this level of competitive gaming, breaking barriers and inspiring many young gamers from the region to pursue esports professionally.

The participation of Nonx.Kalyug in the BGMS finals reflects the growing esports ecosystem in Jammu and Kashmir. Over the past few years, increasing internet penetration, access to gaming platforms, and youth engagement in digital entertainment have led to a surge in gaming communities across the region.
