Budgam, Aug 17 (JKNS): In view of the prevailing inclement weather conditions, the District Administration Budgam has established a 24×7 disaster-related control room at the Office of the Deputy Commissioner to ensure prompt response and public grievance redressal.
According to an official order issued by the Additional Deputy Commissioner Budgam as per news agency JKNS, the control room will serve as the central point for receiving and disseminating information related to weather incidents, public safety concerns, and emergency services.

Officials said that the step has been taken to strengthen coordination among departments and ensure immediate relief measures wherever required.
