Udhampur, Aug 6 (JKNS): One person was killed and nine others sustained injuries when a mini‑bus met with an accident near Shardha Mata Temple on the Jammu‑Srinagar National Highway in Udhampur on Wednesday.
An official told news agency JKNS that the injured were immediately shifted to the Associated Hospital, Government Medical College Udhampur, for treatment.
Additional SP Udhampur Sandeep Bhat said, “One lady died in the mishap, while nine others were injured and are undergoing treatment.”
Police have taken cognizance of the accident, and further investigation is underway. (JKNS)
