In contrast, districts like Poonch (10.08%), Doda (12.95%), and Kishtwar (17.47%) are among the lowest performers.

Similarly, Kulgam recorded 32%, Baramulla 29.57%, Jammu 28.55%, Budgam 28.47%, Ganderbal 28.41%, Kathua 28.01%, Anantnag 25.03%, Udhampur 23.06%, Shopian 23%, Rajouri 22.9%, Bandipora 21.88%, Reasi 18.29%, Kupwara 17.98%, and Ramban 17.94%.

Officials attribute the low turnout to multiple factors, including economic constraints and procedural delays, urging prospective pilgrims to submit their applications at the earliest. (JKNS)
