Sopore June,21(JKNS): Central Reserve Police 92-BN Wadoora celebrates 11th International Yoga Day with Jawan’s in Sopore

92-BN CRPF of Wadoora marked the 11th International Day of Yoga by organising a yoga session in Wadora HQ, with enthusiastic participation from other Units of 92 Battalion.

The jawan’s for the event, which aimed to promote health and unity through the practice of yoga.

Officials added that the crpf not only protects the borders but also engages with locals to raise awareness and strengthen.

The theme of this year’s Yoga Day, Yoga for One Earth, One Health, aligns with the global focus on sustainability and well-being.

Speaking about the theme, the officer said, “Every year, we celebrate Yoga Day with a unique theme. This year’s theme, ‘One Earth, One Health’, reflects India’s belief in Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam—that the whole world is one family.”

The CRPF’s celebrate of International Yoga Day is a testament to its commitment to the health and wellness to its personnel.The event promoted unity and being among jawans highlighting the role of yoga in daily life.
