Khawas BDO Forms Committee to Probe Viral Geo-Tagging Scam

Khawas, June 21 (JKNS): The Block Development Officer (BDO) Khawas has formed an inquiry committee to investigate a viral WhatsApp news item alleging a geo-tagging scam in the Kotranka area.

The committee, headed by Panchayat Secretary Amir Ahmed Dar and including Panchayat Secretary Zubair Ahmed Sofi and GRS Kulvir Singh, has been tasked to verify claims that the same house was geo-tagged for five different beneficiary names.
