The Embassy also reiterates its earlier advisories urging all Indian citizens in Israel to remain vigilant and strictly follow the safety guidelines issued by Israeli authorities and the Home Front Command: (https://www.oref.org.il/eng).

The Government of India accords the highest priority to the safety and security of Indian nationals abroad. The Government will continue to monitor the situation closely. The Embassy remains continuously in touch with the community with a view to extending all feasible assistance, it said.

Earlier, as part of Operation Sindhu India brought back 110 Indian students from Iran.

The students arrived safely in New Delhi on a special flight from Yerevan, Armenia.

Minister of State for External Affairs Kirti Vardhan Singh received them at the airport

The students were moved by road to Yerevan in Armenia with the support of Indian missions, before boarding a special IndiGo flight back home. The Ministry of External Affairs has confirmed that efforts are ongoing to bring back more Indians stranded in different parts of Iran.
