The Deputy Commissioner reviewed the operational efficiency and service diversity at these centres, including financial inclusion services, Aadhaar-related facilities, access to central welfare schemes and other digital public services.

Emphasizing the need to strengthen outreach and accessibility, the Deputy Commissioner noted that 64 Kisan Khidmat Ghars (KKGs) have already been on-boarded to the CSC platform. She directed the Chief Agriculture Officer (CAO) and CSC representatives to ensure the remaining 11 KKGs are integrated, thereby achieving 100% coverage.

To boost awareness and participation, the DC instructed CSC officials to organize special awareness camps across the district. These camps will serve as vital touchpoints to inform the public about the wide range of services available through CSCs.

The Deputy Commissioner also expressed strong support for upcoming initiatives and exploring the possibility of their execution under CSR Plan including the establishment of a Digital Excellence Center and the deployment of a CSC Mobile Van to extend services and awareness campaigns to far-flung areas of the district. She reaffirmed the administration’s commitment to digital empowerment and effective service delivery at the grassroots level.

The meeting concluded with a call for continued inter-departmental coordination and proactive engagement with CSC operators to further enhance last-mile delivery of government services in Reasi.

The meeting was attended by ADC Rakesh Kumar, CPO Narinder Kumar, DIO NIC, CSC officials and other key stakeholders.
