Srinagar : To encourage and honour the hard work of meritorious students and boost the morale of students, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Dr. Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat felicitated the district’s top-performing students in the JK Board of School Education (JKBOSE) Class 10th and 12th examinations for the academic year 2024–25.
The felicitation ceremony was organized by the District Administration Srinagar under Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao in collaboration with the District Social Welfare Office at Kothibagh Higher Secondary School to honour the meritorious students for their outstanding academic achievements.
Deputy Commissioner Srinagar who was the chief guest on the occasion felicitated the students who had qualified JK Board Class 10th and 12th examinations with meritorious performance.
Dr. Bilal congratulated the students on their success and commended their dedication. He also lauded the guidance provided by their teachers and the unwavering support of their families.
He said the exceptional performance is a testament of hard work, dedication and academic ability of these students and is a proud moment not just for them but also for District Administration Srinagar and the community as a whole. He expressed hope that the success achieved by the students would inspire other students also to work hard to excel in their studies and future academic careers.
Besides, Chief Planning Officer, Fayaz Ahmad Dar and District Social Welfare Officer, Dr Mukhtar Ahmad, Deputy Chief Education Officer, Principal Kothibagh HS School, Staff and Students of the school were present on the occasion.
