Bandipora, May 16, 2025:The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Unit Bandipora today held an emergency press conference at its Sumbal office, where it expressed concern over the ongoing political tussle between two parties regarding the Hajin-Markundal Road.
While addressing the media, PDP representatives emphasized the need for a unified approach towards development and urged all political parties to prioritize public welfare over political rivalry.
They further demanded the formulation of a comprehensive policy to address the challenges faced by people living in the tension-affected areas. The PDP leadership stressed the importance of safeguarding citizens’ rights and livelihoods, ensuring that no one is left behind due to political or security disruptions.
