Srinagar: The Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Vijay Kumar Bidhuri today extended his warm greetings to the Sikh Community on the occasion of Baisakhi Festival.
In his message as per news agency Div Com said that the festival brings ovetwhelming joy & excitement to celebrate beginning of harvesting festival and also marks the foundation of Khalsa Panth.
