J&K High Court Directs Additional District Judge to Hold Weekly Court in Sumbal

Srinagar: In a significant move to enhance access to justice, the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has ordered the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bandipora, to hold court at Sumbal Headquarters three days a week.

A official notification as per agency JKNS, readscourt proceedings will now take place every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at a designated premises in Sumbal, which will be identified by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bandipora.
