Srinagar: To strengthen awareness and community engagement, Police in Baramulla, under the supervision of SHO Tangmarg organized a Drug De-addiction Awareness Program at Govt Degree College Chandilora Tangmarg. The event aimed to educate students about various social evils prevailing in society, especially the harmful effects of drug abuse.
The prominent speakers at the event included SHO Tangmarg Insp. Gowhar, Mohd Ashraf, Uzma Qureshi of PDDC Baramulla, and Principal GDC Chandilora Dr. Irfan-ul-Majeed. They addressed the gathering and highlighted the ill effects of drugs and the importance of responsible citizenship. They urged students to remain vigilant and play an active role in spreading awareness about the menace of drug abuse within their communities.
